The classification and sorting process is managed by special, custom-built CCSS controllers designed especially for the harsh environment typically found in a cattle-processing facility. The controller is housed in a compact stainless steel enclosure that can be easily mounted on the chute or any location convenient for the operator.
External dimension measurements are made with a simple-to-use CCSS measurement device mounted in a common cattle squeeze chute.
A conventional notebook computer (for maintaining & analyzing data and printing reports) is located in a safe location, often the drug room or in an office, away from the harsh environment of the processing chute.
